Where is the great talent on the Packers?

There has been a lot of talk this year about how much talent there is on the Packers and how that talent will eventually manifest itself into a contending team. I don't claim to be a scout or anything but I really don't see an excessive amount of talent on the team. I'd be really interested in everyone's opinions about just where the talent is, compared to other NFL teams. Here are mine:

Is the Packers-Vikings rivalry the biggest in the NFL?

Forget the Favre drama, it really seems like these two teams hate each other when playing. There was a lot of little skirmish yesterday.

And honestly when we play the Bears I don't really have a hatred. When we play the Vikings I feel it.

I'm only in two leagues. But I have Owen Daniels in both leagues. I identified him as a stud...got him somewhat late in both drafts and was having a great time watching him this year. I've been just as depressed about Daniels as I have been about the Packers today. And on a side note, I have Aaron Rodgers in both leagues too. I wasn't too happy watching him wincing and limping at the end of the game yesterday....my fantasy season...

Just looking at the points/game, total yards/game and turnovers it appears to be the Packers. They are the best in the NFC north against the pass, total yards/game, points allowed/game and second in turnovers. MN has to be the most disappointing so far. They have regressed to middle of the road. The Bears are in a bit of a rebound but still well behind the Packers in pretty much everything but the run defense. The Lions predictably are last in everything.

How much do they matter?

I took at look at the offensive and defensive penalty totals (and yardage) last year and it doesn't seem like it really affected some teams. Here's 4 - 7 in terms of yardage:

4. Atlanta
5. Chicago
6. AZ
7. Pittsburgh
